Things you should know before renting a car in

Yes. Reaching Urla centre from Adnan Menderes Airport takes about 35-40 minutes by private vehicle. If you like, you can collect the vehicle from our airport point and drive yourself to Urla, or we can arrange a valet delivery from the airport to your Urla address and hand it over there. Ask our booking consultant about the price difference between the two.

The roads leading to Urla’s famous vineyard houses are generally unpaved but well-maintained. A standard passenger car reaches most spots comfortably, but if you want extra comfort and a higher driving position we’d suggest a compact SUV (Dacia Jogger, Dacia Stepway, Opel Mokka). An automatic gearbox is always an advantage for parking and manoeuvrability along the “Vineyard Route.”

Absolutely. Our valet delivery is available especially for the Alaçatı-Çeşme axis and boutique hotels in Urla (such as Manej, Komili etc.). Just give your accommodation address and preferred delivery time when you book; the keys reach you while you’re sipping coffee in the lobby.

In line with Urla’s relaxed lifestyle, our valet service operates between 08:00 and 20:00. For returns and deliveries after 20:00, as long as you inform us 12 hours in advance, our on-call staff will be available, or we can leave the key at a secure point you designate (hotel reception, lockbox).

Tank fullness is measured on a 12-unit scale: empty (0), quarter (3), half (6), full (12). Otoby vehicles are delivered with at least 2 units (warning light off). No vehicle cleaning fee is applied.

Economy and mid-range vehicles require age 23, while SUVs and upper-segment vehicles require age 25. A minimum of 2 years’ driving licence is mandatory (domestic or foreign). Because the number of foreign tourists rises in Urla, rentals can be completed with an international driving permit and passport. Having a credit card for the deposit speeds up the process.
